There are a few things about Flagg that I like better the way it does the coversbut I much prefer the ease of simply using that plug in to put the stories right where I want them- in Calibre. I also love how it automatically tags the in progress ones.

It downloads - in entirety no matter how many chaps - any fic on ff. It also downloads to pdf AND epub, mobi, etc. Great little program, and free can't be beat. None of them function in quite the same way as FLAG, however hopefully they will be useful. Slow, but generally reliable, and well supported by the developer. There's also a limited web interface to this available via their site. I love using the fanfiction downloader as part of calibre. You need to download the calibre program and the add on, but it's easy and using it is easy.
